Studio Hire in Petersham: What's Included and What It Costs

Mystic Wellness is a 70 square metre studio inside a heritage-listed 1885 former fire station at 310 Stanmore Road, Petersham — a 7-minute walk from Petersham Station. Facilitators hire the room for sound baths, breathwork, yoga, meditation, circles, and trainings.

Mats, cushions, singing bowls, and a sound system are already in the space, so you arrive to a room that's ready rather than one you have to build from nothing. The floor holds up to 35 people lying down, or around 20 for movement-based sessions. Free street parking is available nearby.

Facilitators who've run sessions here include Natalie Grace, whose Sound Healing Foundations training returns to the studio on 12–13 September, and Phoenix's own Moon Bath gatherings. The room carries a working history — it stayed in continuous fire service for over a century before it became a place to lie down in.
