The studio is private, warm, and unhurried.You are not being processed through a class timetable. You are being held in a one-to-one session where the sound, pace, and instruments can respond to you directly.
Sound can hold what words do not.You are welcome to share what you need Phoenix to know, but you are not required to talk through everything. The session works through listening, resonance, stillness, and the body’s own timing.
How the session unfolds
A simple session from beginning to end.
Lie down
A mat, pillow, blanket, and props are prepared. You stay fully clothed. Phoenix will guide you briefly, then the session begins.
Receive the sound
Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gong, voice, Reiki, guided rest, and on-body bowl vibration may be used across the 90-minute session. There is nothing you need to do with it.
Return slowly
The sound softens. Phoenix brings you back gently. Take your time sitting up and leaving.

Do I need to meditate or know anything beforehand?
No. You do not need experience, discipline, or a perfect reason for coming. Come as you are. The session begins from wherever you land.
What if I fall asleep?
That is fine. Many people drift close to sleep. It does not mean you missed the session. The body receives even when the mind has let go.
What if I feel emotional?
That is welcome too. The space is held for that. You do not need to explain or contain everything.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing. You stay fully clothed throughout. Nothing is required of your body.
