Everything here happens in the room at 310 Stanmore Road, inside an 1885 fire station. Sessions are ninety minutes and by appointment. You don't need any experience — most people booking their first one have never done anything like it.

This is the question most people arrive with. The honest answer is that all three are ninety minutes and the same price, so you can choose on feel rather than getting it right.
You want to lie down and rest
Private Sound Healing. The room fills with sound and nothing is asked of you.
You hold tension in your body
Vibrational Massage. A bowl is placed on the body and played, so the sound starts inside rather than around you.
You'd rather not choose
Combined Healing. Both, in one session. This is the most common first booking.
Private sessions
Ninety minutes, $190 each. Every session starts with tea and a short conversation before any sound begins. You stay dressed and you lie down.
Vibrational Massage
Phoenix places a bowl on your back and plays it. The sound starts inside you rather than in the room. For bodies that hold on.

Three private sessions, booked together, for $500. For when one visit isn't really what you're after — the second and third go somewhere the first can't.
Studio hire
A light-filled 70sqm heritage room with the sound system, yoga mats and props already in it. Facilitators hire it for sound baths, breathwork, circles and trainings. You arrive to a studio that's ready.

Enough for a single class, a circle, or a rehearsal.
